Fierce Tribe Spain

And one day she discovered that she was fierce, and strong, and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back. – Mark Anthony

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been told, advised, commanded, disciplined, chided, scolded, encouraged, manipulated, cajoled, and convinced to act more feminine, dainty, proper, and perfect. With each act of acquiescence, I silenced part of my nature, the wild nature that wanted to run barefoot through the woods with the wind blowing through the trees.

I abandoned the most precious parts of me that make my heart sing. I devalued the divinity within and disconnected from the Spirit that gave me life and breath to truly live.

Wild woman are an unexplainable spark of life. They ooze freedom and seek awareness, they belong to nobody but themselves yet give a piece of who they are to everyone they meet. ― Nikki Rowe

Thanks to the unraveling of my world and all that I had known myself to be, the fire within is shining bright again in mysterious and magical ways. I am redefining for myself what it means to be fierce and feminine, dauntless and dainty, exquisite and elegant, powerful and imperfect.

Some women fear the fire.
Some women simply become it. – r.h. sin

Now I am on a mission to reveal, showcase and express the delicious dichotomies that are within each of us and share that empowering perspective with every person I meet.

In 2019, I began a series of photo and film shoots to capture individuals and groups that make up our Fierce Tribe. Our first tribe gathering was in Spain. The second was on the Big Island of Hawaii. Where will the next one be?

If you have a location in mind or perhaps you’re hosting an event or retreat, I’d love to co-create with you. If you’d like to book a session for yourself, or want to learn more and get involved, message me at hello @ mystere.life. I’d love to hear from you.
